By booking an appointment with Mind's Glück Psychology Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointment Booking

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Appointments are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information during booking.

Consultation

• Each counseling session lasts approximately 45 minutes, unless otherwise specified.
• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

Payment

• Full payment is required before the session.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, GPay, PhonePe, bank transfer, and other approved payment options.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Attend appointments on time.
• Provide honest and accurate information.
• Maintain respectful communication with therapists and staff.
• Participate actively in the therapeutic process.

Confidentiality

All counseling sessions remain confidential except where disclosure is required by law or when there is a risk of serious harm to the client or others.

Online Counseling

Clients attending online sessions are responsible for:

• Having a stable internet connection.
• Joining from a private environment.
• Maintaining confidentiality at their location.

Recording sessions without the therapist's written permission is strictly prohibited.

Emergency Situations

Mind's Glück Psychology Service does not provide emergency psychiatric or crisis intervention services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your nearest emergency service or hospital immediately.
