At Mind's Glück Psychology Service, we value your time as well as the therapist's scheduled availability. Kindly read our cancellation and refund policy before booking an appointment.

Appointment Confirmation

  • Appointments are confirmed only after the consultation fee has been paid.
  • Payment must be completed before the scheduled session.
  • Clients are requested to share the payment receipt after completing the payment.

Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for either:
    • A full refund, or
    • A one-time rescheduling at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. However, in genuine emergencies, rescheduling may be considered at the therapist's discretion.
  • Failure to attend the appointment without prior notice (No-Show) will result in 100% cancellation charges, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

Rescheduling

  • Appointment rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  • One complimentary reschedule may be allowed, subject to therapist availability.

Late Arrival

  • Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session.
  • The session will end at the originally scheduled time.
  • Full consultation charges will still apply.

Cancellation by Mind's Glück Psychology Service

If the therapist needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A new appointment at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
